No Squares Allowed...

Hi everybody, its challenge time again over at That Craft Place Challenge Blog and this time our theme is No Squares Allowed....

So here's what I have made for the challenge, a magnolia tilda calendar and to make this I have used Pink Bazzill Basics Card, White Lace, Vintage Rose Coloured Ribbon, Flat Backed Ivory Pearls, Frosted Lace Stickles, Mulberry Paper Roses and Blooms and calendar tabs all of which can be purchased over at That Craft Place and the Design Paper is a Digi Paper from Nitwits, oh silly me I almost forgot about the White Doily

Magnolia Tilda was coloured using my Promarkers and flexmarkers and I then added a little Hunkydory Diamond Sparkles in Angel Whispers which can also be purchased from That Craft Place

For more ideas and inspiration why don't you pop over to our challenge blog That craft Place Challenge Blog to see what fabby creations our lovely DT girls have done, and we would all really love to see your creations too.

Something For The Tree

Hi everyone, I'm sorry I've not blogged as much as I should have lately, I've been ever so busy these last couple of weeks with christmas cards, calendar's & christmas decorations, and well you all know how hard it is trying to fit everything in. I really could do with a little help from Santa's helpers if he can spare a few lol

anyway these are some of the many things i've been busy making

These sweet little Gingerbread Tree Decorations were made using tan coloured felt, Black 4mm Glass Beads, Wooden Hearts, 10mm Black tartan Ribbon, Cream Anchor Embroidery Thread and they were filled with Flame Retardent Toy Stuffing. Oh and I almost forgot Silver Elasticated Thread to hang them.

anyway I'm off to try and get the last batch of these little fella's made up and to make some more christmas cards oh and crackers  I almost forgot the them , I hope you are all having fun and are managing to keep ahead of the game so's to speak.

Remembrance

Good morning everyone, This fortnights challenge over at That Craft Place Challenge Blog where the theme is remembrance day using reds.

To make my card I have used a black A5 card for my base, red bazzill basics, gold satin miri, black satin ribbon, red card candy and Tim Holtz distress ink all of which can be found at That Craft Place the papers I have used were freebies from inside a magazine and I have just aged them with the Tim Holtz distress ink, the poppy decoupage was also a freebie from the same craft magazine and I aged that too to help take away the starkness of the white background.

I'm off to go try and catch up on a few Christmas cards and try out a couple of new stamps that arrived yesterday.
